What is Mom’s COFFEE?

Mom’s COFFEE is a new group, meeting monthly on the second Thursday of each month. The acronym describes our hopes for the group:

Cultivating Oneness (through)* Faith * Fellowship * Equipping * Encouragement

This group is targeted at encouraging and equipping moms in their God-given roles. Our purpose is to provide Biblical perspective, fun, and refreshment as well as practical motherhood help.

If you’re a mom with a desire to encourage AND to be encouraged, please join us!

Our first meeting is Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 9:30 – 11:30 in the quad classroom at church.

Cost: $10. to cover childcare and craft materials.

RSVP to Karen Gill at jkgillfam@gmail.com or on The City below

Please let us know you’re coming so that we have adequate childcare workers. You can register and pay at the back of the church on Sunday, December 31 or Sunday, January 7.

We’re so happy that so many of you can come to the first Mom’s COFFEE event! If you haven’t already paid, please remember to bring your $10 fee to pay when you get there.

Also, we have reached capacity with our childcare to maintain our safe ratio of workers to children. I hope that doesn’t leave anyone out who was planning to join in last minute.

Looking forward to seeing you on Thursday!

Laura Barr on 01/09/2018

I hope to be there. Kids will be at school so no childcare needed for me.

Looking forward to it!

A great big THANK YOU to Karen Gill and her committee for putting together such a fun and meaningful morning! The ice breaker was so good and a great way to get to know each other. Karen’s devotional was right in target and the craft and refreshments were an added bonus. We had a lovely time talking together and just encouraging one another. Thank you all so much.
